Farway Labs OS connects with numerous third-party services, including but not limited to Google Search Console, WordPress, Apollo CRM, Resend, and various Social Media platforms. We recognize the immense trust required to authorize these connections, and we govern our integrations by a strict Read-Only First policy.

• Read-Only Ingestion: Data ingested from connected platforms (e.g., search queries from GSC, prospect data from CRM) is collected strictly to provide insights, train your local AI agents, and populate your dashboards. We do not modify, delete, or overwrite your source data unless explicitly commanded via a specific feature (such as publishing a post to WordPress or updating a task status).
• No Data Brokering: We will never sell, rent, or share your proprietary data with third parties. Your data is your competitive advantage, and it remains siloed within your workspace.
• No Public AI Training: Your private data, metrics, and content are not used to train public language models. Our AI agents operate within isolated contexts to ensure your strategic data does not leak.

By using our platform, you acknowledge that we are acting as a data processor for the sole purpose of augmenting your workflow. We are not liable for any data loss on third-party platforms that results from your explicit commands or token revocations.

The information, strategies, and content produced on farwaylabs.com and app.farwaylabs.com are generated using advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) systems. While we strive for excellence and accuracy, AI models can occasionally produce "hallucinations" or factually incorrect information.

All AI-generated content-including editorial briefs, SEO strategies, and CRM insights-must be independently verified by a human operator before being used to make critical business, legal, or financial decisions. Farway Labs assumes no liability for damages, loss of revenue, or ranking penalties resulting from the direct application of unverified AI-generated content.

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of farwaylabs.com and app.farwaylabs.com (the "Platform"). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Platform.

Service Availability: We aim for 99.9% uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to temporarily suspend service for maintenance, security updates, or capacity upgrades without prior notice.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of our digital services and the high compute costs associated with continuous AI generation and data processing, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, prorated or otherwise, under any circumstances.

No Free Trials: We do not currently offer free trials of our platform or services. Access requires an active, paid subscription or direct authorization via our private invite system.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in an open and transparent manner, in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), CCPA, and other applicable data protection laws.

• Data Minimization: We collect only the personal data strictly necessary to provide our services, authenticate your sessions, and bill your account.
• Your Rights: Under GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase your personal data (the "Right to be Forgotten"). You may initiate a data wipe request at any time through our support channels.
• Data Security: We employ industry-standard AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. API keys and OAuth tokens are stored in secure, encrypted vaults and are never exposed in plaintext.

Cookie Policy & Tracking

Our platform uses cookies and local storage to function securely and track usage. We strictly categorize these into two groups, and you have full control over non-essential tracking via our Cookie Consent banner.

• Strictly Necessary: We use local storage to persist your authentication tokens (via Supabase) and UI preferences (via Zustand). These are required for the app to function securely and cannot be disabled.
• Analytics & Marketing: With your explicit consent, we utilize third-party scripts to analyse traffic and optimise our advertising. These partners include: Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Ads, PostHog, Facebook Pixel, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, LinkedIn Insight Tag, and Microsoft Ads. Data collected by these pixels is governed by their respective privacy policies and is used solely to improve our platform and measure our marketing effectiveness.

To ensure the stability and security of Farway Labs OS, you agree not to use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or causes harm. You may not:

• Use our AI systems to generate illegal, abusive, or explicitly harmful content.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our proprietary AI prompts or underlying architecture.
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or deploy automated scripts against our endpoints outside of official API integrations.

Violation of the AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of your workspace without refund.

If you are a business operating in the European Economic Area (EEA), UK, or California, this section serves as our commitment to acting as your Data Processor. We process data strictly based on your documented instructions (your use of the platform features).

We utilize trusted sub-processors (such as our database providers and cloud hosts) bound by equal or stricter data protection obligations. In the event of a personal data breach affecting your workspace, we will notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of the incident.

We recognize that your business relies on Farway Labs OS. For Enterprise accounts, we guarantee a 99.9% Monthly Uptime Percentage. "Uptime" refers to the core platform's availability and excludes scheduled maintenance, beta features, and downtime caused by third-party APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google, LinkedIn).

If we fail to meet this 99.9% guarantee, eligible Enterprise clients may request a Service Credit for the affected billing cycle. Service Credits are calculated as a percentage of the monthly fee and are applied to future invoices. We do not issue cash refunds for SLA breaches.

Farway Labs OS provides AI-assisted content generation tools. You are solely responsible for the content you generate, edit, and publish using our platform, including content automatically pushed to your connected WordPress sites or social media channels.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). We act strictly as a tool provider, not a publisher. If you believe content published by a Farway Labs user infringes upon your copyright, please contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly use our tools to infringe upon intellectual property rights.
